Laurence Spolton was a goods guard at Whitemoor near March. His official journal for the last four weeks of his career has recently been passed to a local member.
This has been used as the basis for a feature length article published in the May 2020 issue of 'Steam World'. The publication fee paid to the author has been made available to B17 SLT.
